They're Humans Too


The terms "women empowerment" are made up of two words: "women" and "power." Empowerment is the process of giving someone power or authority. As a result, women's empowerment means giving them control over their own lives. It means that, regardless of discrimination, women should have equal opportunity in all disciplines. In this article about women's empowerment, we will discuss the importance of women's empowerment and the strategies for obtaining it.

In our society, men and women cohabit. Men were formerly regarded to be the key decision-makers in the family. They were the family's decision-makers and were in charge of generating income. Women, on the other hand, were responsible for both household tasks and child raising. As a result, gender had a major role in determining job titles. The decision-making process did not include women. When we look at our whole business, research suggests that women's issues are either related to their reproductive functions and bodies or their economic positions as employees. None of them, however, is focused on women's empowerment. 


Gender inequality is one of the most significant roadblocks to women's advancement and success. This means that we treat men and women differently even when they are doing the same job. This is most often the case in rural societies. A family will always encourage a male child to attend school, whereas a female child will be expected to help with household responsibilities. Because they have little or no education, women are unable to find suitable jobs. As a result, they have little choice except to stay at home or work for less money. As a result, the male is always the breadwinner in the household. As a result, women are rarely able to attain financial independence. If we want to see a nation that flourishes economically on a global basis, it is important.


The most crucial aspect in a country's overall success is women's empowerment. Who has a better standard of living: a family with only one earning member or a family with both men and women earning? The solution is simple: both men and women work in the same family. As a consequence, a country in which men and women collaborate grows faster.

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought upon the world with challenges.
